First time there. Loved the Lemon Pepper wings, more importantly loved the customer service. Definitely will be going back.

This is a good place to eat at. Food is fresh and good. Chili cheese fries are delicious. Looking forward to the fish and shrimp next visit.

Everything I have tried is excellent. This restaurant exceeds my expectatipns. You wouldn't expect such great service on the heart of the Southside of Monroe! From the wings to the waffles to the seafood is good. Check them out but call in if in a hurry or just dine in if you don't mind the wait.

I have gone to this place several times. They have a variety of items on the menu from burgers, wings, seafood, & some seasonal specials such as gumbo. The Lady at the counter is always courteous & nice. They get the order taken right away; even though it may take 15-20 minutes to get the good it's well worth the wait. The area of town is a little sketchy but would definitely recommend you try this place.

Food was good. But it took 45 minutes to get 10 wings. They open at 11. We arrived at 11:15. One person had already ordered and was waiting on his food. I ordered 10 piece only. The phones were constantly ringing with call in orders. Maybe it was a little busier than normal- KNOE T.V. had just featured them the night before-but it doesn't seem the walk in orders are given any type of priority or at least an ETA on how long to anticipate waiting. Again the food was good and staff was friendly enough. But the wait time was a little excessive. IF I try them again, I will be calling in my order.

The homemade hamburgers are amazing, and the atmosphere was very down to earth! I'll definitely be back.

It was ok. You get a reasonable amount of wings for your money. You definitely have to wait for them to cook your order. If possible, order ahead of time or your wait will be great.

We stopped by this place on our way through town. Very tasty food. We had the catfish and shrimp and hamburger, and all were great. If you're in the area, give it a try. Friendly and welcoming staff.

This place was voted as 3rd best place for wings. Small business with big taste really good wings and homemade fries I would recommend this place.

We just ate here and the food was so so so good! I got a bacon cheeseburger and fries. Everything was seasoned well, they also put all the toppings and condiments on the side. The fries were amazing! The service was great as well! I was a little disappointed there wasnt a kid menu but we just got my 5 year old a burger and shared some of our fries with her. She devoured more than half the burger (and they were a good size too) so I know she enjoyed it. We will definitely be back!

Tried this place not knowing what to expect and was blown away, been there a few times now and decided it's now time to do an official review. Moat places that you go to, you get the standard welcome, menus looks good and food and service is good. Kravins is an exception. Very freindly welcome when coming in. Menu looks fake, pics or food are so detailed and colorful. Service is above and beyond. Now the food. WOW, WOW, WOW unbelievable how it looks and tastes. So flavorful. I've tried a little of everything now and this is definitely on my have to stop by places when I'm around.

We were passing by on a road trip, and I so glad we stop here! There wings (lemon pepper) were so flipping good I wish I had gotten more! My mom loved the chicken and waffles as well, “very yummy”! I hope I have the chance to try it again!

Some of the best hot wings you can get in the area! My favorite is the "hot". My go-to meal is the wings, koolaid pickle, and koolaid. The staff is very friendly and sweet, always have good music on the TV. Cafe size dine in area, with patio seating options, and clean restroom. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH LOVE IT

Kravins by far has the best wings I have ever come across, we are frequent customers at Kravins and with a background in food service and sanitation I will tell you that you are eating from a clean and maintained facility, the staff are always friendly and it is always a pleasure to catch up with LaMont. Whenever I have had a stressful day nothing turns it around quite like a cold beer and wings, half Louisiana rub and half Teriyaki, this is my go to combo!!! Absolutely easy 5 star review!!!

A Must eat. They have Wonderful wings and fries. The staff/owners are very friendly. I'm from Dayton TX and I'm sure Happy I was told about this place. If you haven't eaten here you need to check it out. Great food Good people.

One of my new favorite places. Everyone from the young lady who took my order to the cook in back ,to the girl who bagged my order were very friendly. That alone was 5 stars to me. But the food, OMG was amazing! My husband and I ordered the 10 piece lemon pepper & a 6 pc Honey BBQ wing combo with a Kool-Aid!.DELICIOUS! Perfectly seasoned and a nice amount for the price. I will be coming here every single time I visit Monroe.
